BUY 10 rentals and get 1 rental and 1 needle kit FREE

Rental does NOT include:

1. Medical direction and oversight

2. Malpractice/liability insurance

NEEDLE KITS

Needle kits (basic) are sold to you at cost for $53/treatment

In order to maintain standards and ensure that the correct equipment is used, we require that you purchase a needle kit from us.

ADDITIONAL

We can also provide the following to assist with advertising, promotions, client management and documentation.

1. Advertising information (brochures, counter cards, etc)

2. Images and logos of the SkinPen

3. Professional before and after photos

4. Consent forms

5. Procedure records

6. Sharps disposal (additional nominal cost)

7. Numbing cream (additional cost)

TIME-FRAME

Rentals are from 8A-8P

You can do as many treatments as you like in that timeframe, keeping in mind that the needle kits must be purchased from us

DEPOSIT

$200 refundable depositReturned in full when equipment returned in the same condition as rented

LATE FEE

$50 late fee if rental not returned by 8P

2. Completed and Approved Rental Application

3. Proof of completion of SkinPen training?

a) Don't have SkinPen training? We'll get you access for free

4. Payment (credit card, cash, cashier's check, Venmo, PayPal)
